台式炸豬排

用了一個新的方法來炸豬排,出來的味道口感也不錯....
以前炸豬排是用CORN STARCH..今回改用了地瓜粉和麵粉..
大家看看,是否有點像鹽蘇雞? 哈哈!!

非常不健康的'倆人伙食'....
