自製小籠包

上海大廚又顯身手!今次做的是向極級難度挑戰的 ---灌湯小籠包.
真是粒粒有湯....厲害厲害!

中筋麵粉糰

加入預先入味的碎豬肉和皮凍

包成'小籠包'形狀 (是我包的)

大功告成!
