其實我都算幸運,我身邊有些朋友年紀比我大,所以佢地好不容易懷孕。我本身香港人識飲識食,所以我都會煲下老火湯,煮下兩味,對自己好的。但我朋友差不多40,現已懷孕,但因不知孕婦要戎口,什麼都吃,搞到自已我糖份過高,每天都要draw blood,什麼東西有sugar都不吃得,真可憐!因為平時佢又小做運動所以佢一下子做D運動,佢很容易下面流血。所以不論你懷孕很多個月,平時有適量運動對你同BB都好好,尤其游水最好不過!

Hi Maple,
If you don't know how to swim, then you should walk in the pool. Find a pool around 3-4 feet and walk along the line. It helps your blood circulation and cool down your body heat.
