進步 二

Running

比起上一次跑這條路﹐完成時間又再縮短了超過十五分鐘。

最開心的是﹐回程時間跟去的一程所花時間相當接近﹐證明身體已經習慣了這段距離﹐不像之前般﹐跑到後來會感到力有不逮 。

而且到了晚上﹐肌肉酸痛的感覺已經幾乎消失。

如果繼續這樣鍛煉下去﹐可能下年真的有足夠體能完成全馬拉松。

在十一月四號前的半馬拉松﹐應該還會再跑一次這段路程﹐希望可以在速度上再有提昇。

我都見到有連水壺嘅腰包﹐不過覺得有舊嘢向腰度朗下朗下更加唔舒服﹐所以拿係手好過。

Travel plan已經大概定好了﹐往馬來西亞機票今日會出﹐然後還要訂去Pangjor Island嘅package。

唔知係咪天氣乾燥﹐同埋運動失去水份太多﹐飲極水都覺得唔夠﹐搞到成日要去廁所。
