雞丁炒豆芽

在網上找尋炒豆芽的竅門﹐原來有兩個要注意的地方。

首先﹐在沒有放油的白鍋先把油炒到乾身﹐可以防止豆芽出水。

然後﹐落油炒的時候﹐放點醋﹐可以除澀味外﹐還可以保持豆芽爽脆。

根據這兩個提示炒出來的豆芽﹐真的比之前炒的乾身爽脆。

始料不及的是﹐教導煮菜的網頁(看了幾個﹐不知是那一個)﹐竟然有電腦病毒﹗

幸好有安裝防毒軟件及時提示和封鎖病毒﹐不過之後也花了不少時間清理。

我油放的不多﹐嘻嘻﹐我也是相當在意的。

因為大熱天時﹐看到自己戴絨冒的照片﹐覺得好熱...所以隨便換張舊的(半年前的吧)...
