嘩﹗您都好識利用時間嘅喎。

"15分鐘完成午飯"對于我來講太倉促了。我比較鍾意利用一個小時的時間與同事或朋友出外用餐﹐享受一下外頭的陽光與空氣。^^

我以前就是用咁快的時間食完飯,結果出事喇?發生什麼事?像我以前的身型(185磅),那麼你不要太急進食呀!對消化系統不好呀!保重!^^

喲,點解我段message只出得一半…其實我係話太陽要揀適當時間曬,仲要每次唔好暴曬超過十五分鐘,唔好會好易老同埋嚴重既會引至皮膚癌o架!
