洞主有幸在Gorgor嘗得一個包並加老火湯一碗。

個包真係做得唔錯﹐尤其係個頂好鬆脆﹐如果入面再軟熟D就真係大成功﹐可以開間Gorgor麵包店﹐加油努力﹗

我用嘅係Bread Machine yeast/RapidRise yeast。
記住用高筋麵粉o黎整,咁麵包嘅質感會好好多o架。試吓啦。=p
